Located on the busy cross streets of 24th and Camelback in downtown Phoenix, an office building gets a big refresh to its dated lobby and run down amenity spaces. Along with renovating the building's lobby and amenity spaces, this project also focused on updating the building's elevator cabs, restroom cores and below grade parking entries.

Two design schemes were created, developed and digitally modeled to show the client potential options for their building's most visited and used spaces. Rendered still images were created along with a fully-immersive VR experience created with Enscape. This unique design presentation element allowed the client to wander through and experience the space in real time as if they were there.
