Workplace strategy development for the largest county in the nation. Created a document of comprehensive Workplace Design Standards developed based on information gathered from occupancy studies, questionnaires, metrics, interviews and meetings with various user groups. Engaged 12 divisions to identify issues and create solutions for collaboration, and implemented in a pilot project design of 19,000 sqft.
